Lindia /(lĭn"dĭ*ȧ)/ Lin·di·a Lindia n. A peculiar genus of rotifers, remarkable for the absence of ciliated disks. By some Zoologists it is thought to be like the ancestral form of the Arthropoda. (Zool.)
